Strike a Pose

We love good photos…especially of our own work! So here are some featured shoots we have been a part of or fun shots of our work that we love!

We had the pleasure of designing for a styled shoot at Ashelynn Manor in Magnolia, TX with photographer Karinda Kindler of  The shoot featured the beautiful rustic setting that Ashelynn Manor has to offer in addition to their chapel and barn.  It was fun to showcase how beautiful antlers, hay bales and the outdoors can be with floral pops of color.    Oh, and did we mention the shoot was featured on the cover of Woodlands Bride magazine, winter edition.

We had the opportunity to provide flowers for a photoshoot at the newly reinvented Northgate Country Club.  Kerri Smelek, owner of Uptown Weddings & Events, LLC came up with a beautiful victorian inspired shoot.  Kerri entrusted us to put a modern spin on Victorian Elegance.   The following photos are a result of our design met with Kerri’s vision and captured by amazing photographer, Jonathan Ivy.

Pink and cream flowers on a crystal candelabra bring the victorianesque feel to the table. We love the detail of pink water in the candlesticks with floating candles.

Hydrangeas, garden roses, roses, spray roses, stock and cymbidium orchids come together to make a textured, colorful, voluminous centerpiece.

Cassie Scott of Cassie Scott Photography asked us to be a part of her Valentines inspired shoot! We were given the task of providing a bouquet to fit the wooded set with girly, romantic accents and a little DIY feel.  We loved the results of her shoot and she even got it featured on  Here are just a few photos from that shoot.

Bridal bouquet of soft pinks, creams, yellows and greenery.

Seeded eucalyptus and waxflower helped capture the earthy feel.

Burlap wrapping and floral pin tied in the rustic with the romance.

The romantics – hydrangeas, lisianthus, roses.
